OUR STORY
The Argires Family name has been the home of premium quality snack manufacturing in the Chicago area since 1949.
Founded by Tom Argires, a Greek American immigrant who sourced premium dried fruits, nuts and seeds from around the world and batched them for local stores in the Midwest.
His son George Argires took over the business in 1980 and expanded manufacturing to include kettle, cheddar, caramel, and spicy hot popcorn to name a few.
From the beginning of our history, we have been Dedicated to Delicious.

- Select your flavors from our existing catalogue OR request your own formulation (formulation fee for custom recipes credited towards final order).
- Choose your packaging container type.
- Argires sends cost estimate.
Receive samples of the snacks and packaging (sample fee credited towards final order). - Confirm final specifications and receive packaging artwork specifications including dielines and NFPs.
- Place purchase order for manufacturing. Send payment.
- Design and send packaging artwork (your team or hire Argires team).
- Argires manufactures your product.
- You pickup or we can deliver final product.
